There is no fee to discuss a custom project with our design team, however we do require a deposit prior to moving forward with your piece. This deposit will go towards the final price of your item. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

If your item is defective, and shows unexpected wear within five years of the date of purchase, Akatva will replace the item at no cost to you.
